You can check the status of your application on your dashboard. The application process is usually finalized in about a week, but could take longer in some cases. You can always call Case Management at if you have specific questions about your application.

We have all the information we need at this time. Our team is processing any required paperwork before submitting your application to the insurance carrier. We will contact you if we need anything else. You can check the updated status of your application on your dashboard.

What does it mean if my application status is “Submitted to carrier”?

Our team has submitted your completed application and requirements to the insurance carrier for processing. This process may take a few days. You don’t need to do anything during this stage. You can always check the updated status of your application on your dashboard.

What does it mean if my application status is “Processing”?

Your application is being processed by the insurance carrier. This may take a few days. You don’t need to do anything during this stage. You can always check the updated status of your application on your dashboard.

What does it mean if my application status is “Action required”?

Our Case Management team needs some additional info from you. You can reach Case Management by calling or by scheduling a call online. You can always check the updated status of your application on your dashboard.

What does it mean if my application status is “Approved”?

Congratulations! Your application for Medicare Supplement insurance has been approved by your carrier. In the next 2 weeks, you will receive more info about your policy, including your ID card from your insurance carrier. Additionally, you will receive a welcome packet from our team. Please make sure you save the info sent to you in the event you need to contact us or the carrier. If you haven’t received a call from one of our Case Managers, you will in the next day or so. We call all approved applicants to ensure you have answers to your questions. Keep in mind, even if your application is approved, your coverage will not start until your effective date, which is the date you selected during your application.
